Rye is a unique and very useful plant. Rye grain gives the health and energy of the sun.

Its protein contains lysine and threonine (amino acids), vitamin of A groups, i.e. beta carotene, that preserves the integrity of the cellular structure and protects the body from ageing, B1 - thiamine, that warns vitamin deficiency, and B2 - riboflavin, which is actively involved in the processes of protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism. Niacin, present in the composition of the cereal, supplies vitamins B3 and PP.

Rye gives vitality to muscles, normalizes the function of the lymphatic system, regulates metabolic processes, eliminates depression, and relieves nervous tension. This crop contributes to the rapid recovery from diseases of the liver, kidneys, stomach.
