The large majority of food products is the result of intensive technology. Bio-Hutor's production strategy is a complete refusal from the agrochemicals, which are accumulated in the soil, plants and adversely affect people's health.
The quality and safety come first for us. It is achieved by means of technologies for organic farming, as well as control at all stages of production: from the selection of seed material and the cultivation of crops to the packaging of finished products.

Tasty health food products
We provide an unlimited variety of crops: spelt, dinkel, rye, oats, millet, flax, lentils, chickpeas, peas, buckwheat and garlic which are the material we produce 50 organic products from.
"Tonus" bread
is a unique Bio-Hutor's product from sprouted organic grains. It is produced according to a special technology; it contains no yeast and flour, but only high-quality organic spelt, dinkel and rye grains.
Bio egg
Bio-Hutor is also the only producer of certified organic eggs in the country. Our hens are fed on organic food of our own production. This qualitatively distinguishes the bio-egg from its analogues.

Company history
Bio-Hutor is an agricultural enterprise founded in 1997. Initially our specialization was crop science, that is the cultivation of grain, cereal, and legume crops. Production sites and fields are located in the organic zone of Rostov region, Neklinovsky district.
The head of the company is Alexey Ivanovich Shchepetiev. He has devoted to agriculture over 30 years of his life. Having wide experience in intensive production, he still counted on the development of the organic direction. It happened in 2010, when the fate brought him to the founder of the environmental movement in Russia, Andrey Valerievich Khodus.
Andrey Khodus developed the standards in the field of organic and biodynamic agriculture in our country and created a draft of the technical regulations "On organic agriculture, organic environmental management and corresponding labeling of organic products". This document is equivalent and fully harmonized with European organic-standards. It has become the first reference document that regulated the production, processing and circulation of environmental products in Russia. This standard has become a guideline for the development of organic farming in Bio-Hutor.
The desire to provide for the family, children, grandchildren and the population of the whole country with quality products has prompted to develop organicfarming. However, from the beginning, this direction was like a hobby, which required a lot of material investments. Experience has gained success, the crops have been selected and a plant protection system has been developed.
So far our country is at the initial stage of organic agriculture development. But basing on the Bio-Hutor experience we know that chemical-free growing of crops and feeding the country's population with high-quality and safe products is a practicable aim.
